Cancellation:

If the customer want to cancel the booking with confirmation account into 45 days before the arrival date, the account will be hold as follow:

• into 14 days before the arrive, 100% of the downpayment ;
• from 15 to 30 days before the arrive, 80% of the downpayment;
• from 31 to 45 days before the arrive, 60% of the downpayment ;
• over 45 days before the arrive, only € 150,00 as refund.
